Flagship Build

One operation. Three surfaces. Zero paper.

Victory Properties · NJ Shore Vacation Rentals

Victory Properties has rented shore homes for five generations — and until recently, ran it all on paper binders. We rebuilt the entire operation as one connected platform: a marketing site guests browse, a booking flow that moves real money, and an operations app the team opens every morning. All three read and write the same backend, so the website, the guest's portal, and the office are never out of sync.

01 · The storefront

A site that's never out of date

Every home, photo, price, and open week on victoryproperties.net is served from the platform's database. When the team updates a listing in ops, the site reflects it on the next request — no redeploys, no stale PDFs, no “call for availability.”

02 · The booking machine

From “pick your week” to paid — and a portal for the stay

Guests choose their dates on a live calendar and pay a real Stripe deposit. From there a guest portal carries the whole stay: an arrival countdown, balance payments, the rental agreement, week-of weather, and an amenity marketplace for golf carts, bikes, and beach gear. Every action lands in the same ledger the office reads.

03 · The command center

The app the team opens every morning

Victory Ops is the back office: arrivals and payments due on the dashboard, a timeline calendar of every home, reservation pages with a strict payment ledger, an amenity request inbox, and a listing studio whose edits ship straight to the public site. Installable on a phone, because shore season doesn't happen at a desk.

Guest names and revenue figures in these screenshots are blurred to protect client data.

The part we can't screenshot

01

Edit a listing in ops and the marketing site reflects it on the next request — content lives in the platform, not the codebase.

02

A guest pays a deposit and the ledger, the portal, and the morning dashboard all agree in the same second. Stripe webhooks are the source of truth for every dollar.

03

One Supabase backend with row-level security, three front doors. The operation and its website can never drift apart.
