A complete guest journey behind a single sign-in: deposit payment, scheduled balance payments, rental agreement signing, and a stay portal with an arrival countdown, week-of weather, home gallery, and an amenity marketplace where guests order golf carts, bikes, and beach gear tied to their stay. Payment state, agreement status, and amenity requests all flow into the same backend the operations team manages — what the guest sees is always what the office sees.
