The Process
Victory Cleaning was using a generic Jobber form for estimate requests from Facebook ads, which wasn't converting well. We built a custom 4-step form flow designed for mobile-first traffic, with a cinematic landing page that hooks visitors before they start. The form collects service details first to get users engaged, then asks for contact info last — a research-backed approach that increased perceived value before asking for personal data. DNS was migrated from Wix to GoDaddy to enable Resend email integration.
The Product
A standalone estimate request experience deployed on Vercel. Features a full-viewport animated landing page with staggered text reveals, trust indicators, and dual CTAs. The 4-step form flow covers service type, cleaning details, special requests, and contact info — with card selectors, pill buttons, checkbox chips, and conditional fields. Submissions trigger two branded HTML emails via Resend: a detailed intake for the team and a warm confirmation recap for the client. Includes honeypot spam protection and per-step Zod validation.
