The Process

Victory Properties ran five generations of family vacation rentals on paper binders and a dated listing site. We rebuilt their web presence from scratch as the public face of a connected platform: every property, photo, price, and availability window on the site is served from the shared Supabase backend, so when the team edits a listing in their ops console the change ships to victoryproperties.net on the next request. The build covered a filtered property search, per-property detail pages with availability calendars, and editorial location pages for Avalon, Stone Harbor, the Wildwoods, and Sea Isle City.

The Product

A warm, editorial marketing site that feels like the shore. Guests browse the full portfolio of homes across four towns, filter by location and size, check real availability windows, and flow straight into the booking platform. Because content lives in the database rather than the codebase, the site never goes stale — it reflects the operation in real time. This is one of three connected surfaces; see the Victory Properties platform page for how the site, booking flow, and ops app work together.
