Stack & Merge

Stack & Merge is the puzzle game we wanted to exist: minimal, immediate, and respectful of your attention. The design language is editorial — cream paper, ink-black type, one red accent — and the game underneath is tuned for feel: tap-to-place on a 4×4 board, merge chains that keep cascading, golden Wild tiles that match any neighbor, and Bombs that clear a 3×3 when placed. Built as a React Native app with a live web build, sharing one global leaderboard.

Three ways to play: Classic, the run to 2048 with special tiles; Zen, no game over, drift forever; and Race, sixty seconds for a max score. A global leaderboard keeps score across players, and the whole thing loads in seconds with zero ads and zero in-app purchases. The web build is live now, with the iOS App Store release prepped for launch.
