Victory Properties
The Process
Every rental operation lives or dies by its back office, so we built Victory an ops console designed to be opened every morning. The dashboard greets the team with arrivals, payments due, booked revenue, and new inquiries. A timeline calendar shows every home and every stay at a glance. Reservation pages carry the full story of a booking — charges, a strict payment ledger with record/refund/charge-on-file actions, agreement status, and guest communications. Built as an installable web app, it runs just as well from a phone at the beach as from the office.
The Product
One screen for the whole operation: a listing studio where property edits ship to victoryproperties.net on the next request, an amenity marketplace manager that curates what guests can order in their portal, an amenity request inbox, direct-add reservations for phone bookings, review requests, and scheduled SMS — all scoped to the same shared backend as the marketing site and booking platform. Guest-identifying details and revenue figures are blurred in these screenshots to protect client data.
