NewSquare Capital had their data spread across 12 software tools. We built a unified integration hub that pulls active household data from Orion, identifies missing Salesforce accounts, and bulk-creates them with proper sleeve consolidation. The real-time sync uses server-sent events for streaming progress updates, and the platform handles complex account matching between systems with different data models.

A two-tab interface for managing client data flow: the New Clients tab pulls active households from Orion, finds missing Salesforce accounts, and bulk-creates them with market value updates. The Sync Accounts tab handles ongoing synchronization with pause/resume capabilities, color-coded status indicators, and CSV export. Supports JWT Bearer Flow for Salesforce authentication.
