Case Tracker

CREATIVE Financial Group needed a way to track financial planning cases across their organization. The challenge was integrating data from multiple legacy systems with different formats. We built a document intelligence pipeline using Azure AI Form Recognizer for OCR and form extraction, then developed a fuzzy matching algorithm that automatically aligns records across systems with 92.4% accuracy. The remaining cases are flagged for manual review with a clean approval workflow.
