Victory Properties App

Building the next evolution of the Victory Properties digital experience. The app combines three interfaces: a public-facing property search and booking flow, an operations portal with calendar management and dynamic pricing, and a guest app with AI-powered chat assistance. The prototype uses mock data for a pitch demo, with production integrations planned for Phase 2.

A three-in-one application: guests can browse properties across 4 NJ shore towns (Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwoods, Sea Isle City), view availability calendars, and book directly. Property managers get a backend portal for calendar management, pricing adjustments, and booking oversight. Guests during their stay access a companion app with home guides, amenity ordering, and an AI chat assistant.
