Built a mobile-first operations app to replace the company's paper-based workflow. The app syncs with Google Sheets via Apps Script for a lightweight backend that the team was already familiar with. AsyncStorage provides offline-first capability with 5-minute cache intervals, so the app works reliably even in areas with spotty cell service. The 6-step order workflow tracks each rental from initial inquiry through completion.

A comprehensive rental management app with five main views: Home dashboard with daily tasks, a task list for pickups and deliveries, calendar view of all bookings, new order creation form, and a searchable list of all orders. The 6-step order lifecycle (Info Gathered → Deposited → Fully Paid → Confirmed → Delivered → Completed) keeps the team aligned. Built for iOS with EAS/TestFlight distribution.
